We provide a full mobile petting zoo experience plus pony rides. Our team handles transport, setup, animal care, and breakdown. We tailor each visit to your event size and audience. Example, small backyard parties we might suggest The Farmer package or The Cowboy Package to large festivals where The Whole Zoo Package may be more appropriate. Our animals are healthy. Our enclosures are clean. Our staff are trained for safe interactions. 🏆

1. Where are you located?
We are based out of Huntsville, Tx!

2. Do you service areas outside of Huntsville, Tx?
Yes, we travel and charge a delivery fee outside Huntsville addresses.

3. How much is it to rent your mobile petting zoo?
Price depends on which package you pick, where we will travel to and how many hours we will be present!

4. What forms of payment do y’all do?
Our prices listed are our Cash discount, all electronic payments require an additional fee added. We accept card, cashapp and Venmo. Checks are only accepted from businesses and organizations.

5. Do y’all require a deposit?
Yes, Non Refundable Deposits required to be paid towards the total balance!

6. When is payment due?
Payment can be made at any time but no later than time of delivery.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation can be made at any time before delivery. If cancellation is made before we have loaded everything, any payments made can be applied towards a future rental only. Once delivery is made, we have expended gas, resources/inventory and our time so we should be compensated for that. A cancellation can be made still but refunded payment will not be made.

8. What if it rains during my event and we couldn’t use the services?
Refer to question #7. In addition, Happy Farm Mobile Petting Zoo and you will keep in communication about the weather and you can make your final decision before we depart for delivery.

9. Is there a weight limit to ride the mini ponies?

We usually say around 100lbs

10. Can I get a refund after I’ve made a payment?
Once ANY payment is made, no refunds are issued unless a technical issue is made. Some payments may be turned into credit.
